Supreme Court directs judge to review Dallas Rice’s plea and release conditions

The North Dakota Supreme Court has ordered a district judge to allow Dallas Rice to withdraw his guilty plea and promptly determine his release conditions in a case involving more than $180,000 he allegedly stole from a local archery club.
